    → Fill out our
    Return Request Form to receive your return instructions.

  2. Complete the Return Form
    → Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return form by email. Print and include it in your return package.

  3. Ship Your Return
    → Return the item within 30 days using a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Return Processing
    → Once your package arrives, we’ll process your return within 10 business days. You’ll receive confirmation by email.

Are returns free?
Returns are at the customer’s expense. As a small brand, this helps us keep pricing accessible. We appreciate your understanding.

What are the return conditions?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Returns must be delivered within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Sale items can also be returned

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Just indicate “exchange” on the return form and we’ll reserve the requested size if available. Exchanges are processed as soon as your return is received.

What if the size or item I want is no longer available?
We’ll contact you to offer an alternative product, a store voucher, or a refund.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Once issued, please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is in your confirmation email. If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email us at info@yslawear.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.

Can I return something after 30 days?
Returns received after 30 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit. Please contact us for available options.
